Hi LOVEs!
I am pretty sure you guys are all so ready for colder weather to layer up by now and so am I of course!!!! I actually started gathering a lot of fall inspirations on my Pinterest and am indulging myself in thinking about what outfits I will be sporting this autumn. However, it's okay to miss the feeling of summer and the fresh cool breeze that my skin enjoys now and then, right? So here you go!
I finally am able to share with you guys one of my favorite end-of-summer photoshoots that I did with a Cali photographer, Enrique. Back in August, he came to visit Seattle for his project and he was looking for someone he could work with during his stay. I am always very thrilled to work with new talented people, so it was a delight to meet him and shoot!
To be honest with you, the photoshoot was by far the quickest one I've ever done. I was quite worried about how the photos would come out, but now the worry is replaced with satisfaction! We shot two outfits, and this one is the first look.

I got this slip dress from Forever 21, and I fell in love with it at first sight. It's effortlessly chic and soft yet sexy. Plus, it's thankfully wallet-friendly! I was really into spaghetti strap/slip dresses all during the summer. The lace-trimmed hem and openly back neckline design on this dress are what I am most fond of, and that what this dress makes so seductive. There are so many ways you can enjoy this dress. Even in fall, you can still wear it with a turtle neck top underneath, a cardigan and tights combination, or a chunky knit over it just like one of the variations I showcase in this post.

I wanted the look to be kind of a laid-back end-of-summer style, so I simply threw on a loose knit over the dress and slipped in my favorite platform sandals, finishing things off with some killer gold jewelry. It was literally a 5-minute look! As I was trying this dress in the fitting room, I figured out that this dress could also be worn as a top like a perfect leopard cami. Then, when I got home, I totally worked it out! So in an coming up post, I will share a look highlighting this dress again, but show it to you as an awesome stylish leopard cami top! Looking forward to it!

Have a lovely day, cuties

Hi LOVEs!!!
I generally adore wearing bright colors all year around, not just during summer, and this little lemon color dress is definitely one of the favorite dazzling dresses in my closet! In addition to its color, the flirty flare of the skirt and the open back cut-out design is just so irresistible! I love the way the whole thing just screams, "Hey, look at me!"

I wore this outfit recently when I spend some time with my best friend. We had not been able to meet for a long time due to our mutually crazy schedules! So I wanted to dress up to celebrate a quality night with my bestie!  Summer is almost over ( So sad, isn't it? :(( ), so I decided to wear this dress before fall arrives. A skater dress like this is so cute by nature and there is no effort required to make yourself look extra girly! Such an amazing dress for a special occasion, especially for a lovely date or girl's night out. In cooler weather, just throw on either a chunky cardigan or a biker jacket over it, and you are good to go!!

I dressed it down a bit by putting on a bowler hat, tucked my hair into it and roughly curled my bangs because last time I wore this dress was with my hair in a bun and I wanted to wear it differently. If your hair is being uncooperative, this way of wearing a hat could help you look stylish while covering your untidy hair. Also, hats are one of the great transition items that you can't go wrong with! I paired the dress with nude sandals that completely match with my tanned bag, plus they are magical for elongating my legs! Adding a statement necklace is always a great idea to elevate your look, so how about this adorable flower motif collar necklace?

I am going to a photoshoot today with a photographer from LA! I never get tired of working with new talented people... So excited!
I hope your week has been going incredibly good!

End-of-Summer Tribal

I was very pleased to receive a care page from Charlotte Russe (Thanks Ryan!!!!!! <3 ) in the beginning of August because CR is one of my favrite stores. Until now, I had only bought shoes and accessories there; I had not yet purchased clothing there. So the package was a pleasant surprise to me as there were many pieces that fit my style so well, and this tribal dress was my first pick!!!  I am so excited to finally blog about their outfits!

To start, I've  never attempted to wear a tribal print before, but this dress totally turned me onto tribal prints. It's super fun and dazzling because of the mix of colors and patterns. Another hot part of this dress is its double straps and the big cut-out details in the back. I just love these details because they bring out the decollate and the back. You ca see what I am talking about through the pictures, right?

The dress is a bit longer than I usually wear. So, I added the wide belt to adjust the length and also to balance top and bottom since I am short in stature and have short legs. Then, I paired it up with my new Steve Madden black platforms to add some height and make my look more flattering.

In order to elevate this tribal-print look, I layered up a bunch of chunky bracelets with colors and threw on this lovely straw hats, styling my hair up into a low bun to show off the beautiful back details.

Although the Seattle summer still heats up our daytime, it gets chilly when the night comes. This easy thin fabric green cardigan from Now I Style did a great job to keep me warm in the brisk weather. Just wearing a cardigan, either thin or chunky, is such an awesome and handy way to transition a summer look into a fall look. By the way -- I've became an official style blogger on the Now I style site! I will talk about it more in a future outfit post!)

Hope you like/love my tribal-print look!!!  Don't forget to check out Charlotte Russe both online and at a store near you! FYI -- Online CR store always does crazy deals like BOGO and MORE so I highly recommend you to sign up for their mail list to be sure that you won't miss those awesome sales!
