Hi LOVEs!!!
It's finally Friday, and I couldn't be happier because the weather is looking like it will be so nice and sunny for the next three days! No more gloomy weather! (for a while at least! )
It's crazy how much the temperature is dropping down day by day. It's so hard to get out of my bed every morning because it is so snuggly. This chilly weather sometimes drives me nuts, and don't wanna think too much about what I am going to wear for that day. I figured that an easy solution is going for a casual look with a basic combo. But you still want to look chic and fab, of course! This is what I ended up wearing. A plain
,
,
, and
-- These are my current go-to basic pieces because they are amazingly versatile items that you could style with almost anything!
To my surprise, I didn't own a
until recently. And having it in my closet has seriously been saving my life. I can layer another cardigan underneath, for great chemistry with a cozy scarf, and I really like the oversized silhouette that balances out my short height, especially when I wear flats. Then styling it with a pair of
is totally trendy and on point!
If you are opting for a casual yet fashionable look, make sure to add something eye-catching like a statement necklace, killer sunnies, or pop of color. Imagine this look without these gorgeous
(yes, I double-layered! ), it would end up as a completely plain outfit. I also decided to elevate my look with my new
and my all-time favorite
. Not only are they a great finishing touch, but I also covered my too-tired-from-yesterday face. It's a double win!
Don't forget to use "AIKAS20" at
for gorgeous statement necklaces! Their necklaces are just so perfect right now for a party occasion or a holiday gift for any woman!
Hope you have a wonderful & fun weekend ahead, beauties!

Hi LOVEs!!!
It's so gloomy and chilly today in Seattle. How's the weather where you are?
If it is as bad as my city, I hope today's post will brighten up your day because there are a lot of sweet & twirling moments! :)
Another day with my beloved
outfit! Just like today's temperature, I still needed to cozy up in a sweater or layers, so I chose this super lovely bell sleeve cropped pullover to create a "spring natural" ensemble along with the hat. I am so glad I styled them with a flowy maxi skirt because it really complements the look, and it gives the look a nice feminine element. I actually haven't worn this maxi skirt for a very long time because to be quite honest with you, I didn't know how to style it due to the length - I felt it's too long for my height. But it turned out really flattering! I love it when I can give life back to whatever piece has been hiding in my closet unworn. Since this skirt is extremely light and flowy, it could be fun to wear it again for other spring looks! Maybe with an off shoulder top or floral print tops! The options will go on and on!
Even though my boots are hidden by the skirt, these pink ankle boots added a spring hue. Wearing anything with pastel is such a great color selection add fresh vibe to the look.
As for hairstyle, I have a major obsession with this camel hat and side braid. It's super easy yet effortlessly chic and cute. Such a lovely go-to hair style right now!
How would you wear naturals in spring? ♥

Hi LOVEs!!! Happy Friday!
You know what's coming up next month!? YESSS!!!
FASHION WEEK
!!! Unfortunately, once again I won't be able to attend in person due to crazy busy schedule, but it doesn't mean I can't dress up as if I were there, right? When Fashion Week approaches, I naturally get inspired. I start gathering outfit inspirations from everywhere and come up with some outfits that I would definitely rock if I was to attend!! The camel coat is enjoying a major moment right now. It adds you an instant chicness to any outfit, and it's really a versatile item thanks to its neutral color. I have seen a lot of bloggers, like
and
, are rocking it and can't get enough of how they style their coats!! I was totally convinced to invest a little money in this
. To be honest with you, it's a bit bigger on me even though it was the smallest size, but I can surely live with it! Wink-wink!
So I styled up this look around the coat as the centerpiece and added a neutral colored turtleneck and white skort. I picked leopard printed booties for a bit of something extra since I otherwise the look is kept simple. Leopard shoes will never go out of style. When I was coordinating this look, I decided I would put on a fedora for a touch of sophistication. I am a huge, like HUGE, fan of the fedora, and this pink one is one of the unexpected pieces I never thought I would have in my closet. Pink is often passed off as simply a girly color, but in reality pink has the ability to create the just right amount of girly-cool vibe while maintaining your feminine charm. So it was perfect to incorporate my pink fedora to this camel coat look. What's the best thing about this fedora? It looks super cute on my new silver hair! <3 <3 Finally, I love how my vintage shoulder bag/clutch compliments the look from the side angle with the leopard booties.
Are you planning to go to Fashion Week? What's your attire?
Have a great weekend babes!
